What is VLC Media Player?
Commonly known as VLC is a free and open-source, portable and cross-platform media player and streaming media server developed by the Video LAN project. VLC is available for desktop operating systems and mobile platforms, such as Android, iOS, Tizen, Windows 10 Mobile and Windows Phone. VLC is also available on digital distribution platforms such as Apple's App Store, Google Play and Microsoft Store.VLC supports many audio and video compression methods and file formats, including DVD-Video, video CD and streaming protocols. It is able to stream media over computer networks and to transcode multimedia files.[16]
The default distribution of VLC includes a large number of free decoding and encoding libraries, avoiding the need for finding/calibrating proprietary plugins. The libavcodec library from the FFmpeg project provides many of VLC's codecs, but the player mainly uses its own muxers, and demuxers. It also has its own protocol implementations. It also gained distinction as the first player to support playback of encrypted DVDs on Linux and Mac OS by using the Libdvdcss DVD decryption library…!!!
HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALLED VLC MEDIA PLAYER?
In this Blog Post I’m going to teach you About VLC Media Player, mean What is VLC? and How to DOWNLOAD AND INSTALLED VLC MEDIA PLAYER
🔹So Let’s Started
▶(1) First of all open your browser and type in the search bar ( www.Videolan.org/ ) and them enter
▶(2) when the official website of www.Videolan.org/ open, like in below photo
▶(3) Now click on DOWNLOADE VLC and select the option for which u wants to download, like window, Mac OS X, Linux, Mobile or Other System.
▶(4) Now Download the file by clicking download button
▶(5) Now open your download folder and installed the VLC Palyer
▶(6) Now Right click on VLC Player application and then click on Run As Administrator,
Your installation processes will automatically start
▶(7) Now select the Language which one you wants and then click on Ok and then Next, again Next and again Next,
▶(8) Now choose the location where u wants to install the VLC Player, For installing the VLC Player you need 125MB free space on the those partition where you wants to installed, after selecting the location click on install
▶(9) After completion of installation process click on Finish
▶(10) so that’s all set, your VLC Player is now completely installed, you can now use it…!!!
